Attorney at Law / Solicitor

JUDr. Dominika Frejtichová acquired her professional experience by providing legal services, both independently and in cooperation with leading Czech law firms and business corporations. She has provided legal services to both Czech and foreign nationals, to small and mid-size business corporations, to the government, and the non-profit sector. Within her practice she has represented clients in proceedings before the general courts in civil law, commercial law, labor law and criminal law proceedings, in proceedings conducted by administrative authorities, and also in out-of-court settlements. Furthermore, she has provided legal counseling and secured contract documents for transfers, encumbrances and other disposal with real estate, including representing clients in proceedings conducted by the Cadastral Office and cooperating with real estate agencies. She has conducted for the clients all legal matters concerning the foundation, management, and liquidation of business corporations, including drafting and revising corporate, labor law and contract documents, representation in lawsuits and in the out-of-court settlement of commercial law disputes, and in the management and recovery of claims. JUDr. Dominika Frejtichová graduated in Law and Legal Science from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, where she also defended her advanced master's thesis on Protecting Public Figures in the Media.
